The DS-900WN is designed to be the perfect edge device for pulling digitized scan data into your document management solutions. EdgeLink™ scanners from Epson have built-in integrations with supported third-party software platforms. This allows end users to access their applications directly through the scanner’s large 4.3″ color touchscreen. For smaller businesses and organizations, Epson’s powerful Document Capture Pro software is included, with features such as scanning to searchable PDF files. With accurate, high-quality scans at speeds up to 70 ppm/140 ipm1 and a 100-page Auto Document Feeder (ADF), the DS-900WN is engineered to bring speed, reliability and ease of use to your workflows. The scanner also supports ScanWay™ PC-free scanning, allowing you to scan to a USB flash drive2, email3, network folders3 or popular cloud services4 without the need to install any software. For implementations needing advanced administration, Epson offers a robust suite of optional solutions for the scanner that facilitate centralized management, reporting, and server-based capture and authentication (including Active Directory).
