The KV-N1058X network document scanner features a 5″ color touch display to help streamline your document scanning experience. The bright and colorful user interface is designed to make common scanning tasks easy. The robust 65PPM scanning engine with active double feed roller system ensures documents are fed reliably and supports a variety of document types like long paper, embossed hard cards and passports.

Integrating the KV-N1058X into your document management system is easy! Both a Gigabit Ethernet connection and 802.11 b/g/n wireless, with enterprise-level security, are included. The advanced security feature set of the KV-N1058X includes Network User Authentication, SSL/TLS communication protocols and the ability to restrict scanning features by user.

The KV-N1058X offers a variety of scan to destinations including scanning to email, FTP or shared network folder. For advanced document management, the KV-N1058X offers an optional Scan Server application which includes the ability to scan documents to SharePoint or cloud repository. In addition, the Scan Server software includes the ability to create text searchable documents, automatically rotate scanned images to the correct orientation or process barcoded documents.

Designed for easy integration and high performance, the KV-N1058X enables you to increase productivity and reduce equipment costs by automating common scanning processes with a centralized device.
