The Epson DS-51000WN brings large-format flatbed scanning to the whole workgroup. Its expansive 11.7″ x 17″ A3 flatbed captures oversized, bound and delicate originals up to 1 3/16″ thick in a single pass, scanning a letter-size page in as fast as 4 seconds1. Built-in wireless, Gigabit Ethernet and SuperSpeed USB connectivity make it easy to share, while the large 4.3″ color touchscreen and ScanWay™ PC-free scanning send documents straight to USB drives, email, network folders or cloud storage — no computer required. Book Mode automatically captures each page when placed on the flatbed, eliminating repeated lid handling, and Photo Mode enhances images with color restoration and auto exposure. Included TWAIN and ISIS® drivers integrate with nearly any document management system, and included Epson Document Capture software creates searchable PDFs and editable Microsoft Office files with OCR. It’s the network-ready successor to the popular Epson DS-50000 for libraries, records departments and any office that scans bound or oversized documents.
