Trade In Your Production Scanner — Save Up to $1,200 on a Canon DR-G2000

If your production scanner is past its rated duty cycle, falling out of warranty, or starting to soak up service hours, this spring is a good moment to upgrade. Through June 30, 2026, Canon is running a limited trade-in promotion on its imageFORMULA DR-G2000 production series — and at Scanner One we’re passing the savings straight through to customers replacing an aging unit with a new DR-G2090, DR-G2110, or DR-G2140.
The credit applies whether you’re trading in another Canon or a competitor’s production scanner — Ricoh (formerly Fujitsu), Panasonic, Kodak Alaris, Epson, or otherwise. Below is a quick read on what each model is suited for, what your trade-in is worth, and how to claim it before the program closes.
Your Trade-In Credit at a Glance
| Model | Trade-In Credit | Simplex Speed | Daily Duty Cycle | ADF Capacity |

| Canon DR-G2090 | $500 off | 90 ppm | 30,000 pages | 300 sheets |
| Canon DR-G2110 ★ MOST POPULAR | $800 off | 110 ppm | 50,000 pages | 500 sheets |
| Canon DR-G2140 | $1,200 off | 140 ppm | 70,000 pages | 500 sheets |
How the Trade-In Works
- Reach out to Scanner One. Tell us which DR-G2000 model you’re interested in and the make, model, and serial number of the scanner you’re trading in.
- We confirm eligibility. Canon’s program has a few requirements (covered below). We check your unit against them before you commit.
- Credit applied at point of sale. The trade-in credit comes off the price of your new scanner — no rebate forms, no waiting for a check. We handle the trade-in paperwork with Canon on the back end.

Eligibility — What Qualifies for a Trade-In
Canon’s program has rules we have to pass through to customers. Knowing them up front saves time on both sides:
- The scanner you’re trading in must run 80 ppm or faster. The DR-G2000 trade-in tier is built around like-for-like production replacements. Slower workgroup or desktop scanners — anything below 80 ppm — don’t qualify for this credit. (If you’re upgrading from one of those, we can still help; the math just looks different.)
- The trade-in unit must have been originally purchased new from an authorized reseller. Used, refurbished, or third-party / grey-market units may not be accepted by Canon. If you bought your current scanner outside an authorized channel, talk to us before assuming it qualifies.
Beyond those, the trade-in unit doesn’t have to be Canon. Ricoh (formerly Fujitsu) fi-series, Panasonic KV-series, Kodak Alaris i-series, and other production-class scanners are all welcome.
Why Buy Through Scanner One
We’ve been selling and servicing Canon imageFORMULA scanners for over 30 years. Our team is Canon service authorized — repairs are performed in-house under our ISO-9001 certified service program, not handed off to a third party. When you buy a DR-G2000 through Scanner One, we file the trade-in paperwork with Canon, configure the unit to your specs, and stand behind it for the life of the machine.
If you’d like coverage beyond the included warranty, we can attach a Canon eCarePAK on-site service plan to your order at the time of sale.
Claim Your Trade-In Before June 30, 2026
The Q2 2026 trade-in promotion runs through June 30, 2026. After that, credit amounts revert to Canon’s standard schedule. If you’re already planning a refresh this year, getting the order in before the deadline is worth real money — up to $1,200 on a DR-G2140.
Ready to talk through your trade-in? Contact Scanner One or call us at 888-395-8570. Let us know which DR-G2000 model you’re interested in and the make/model of the scanner you’d be trading in, and we’ll come back with eligibility and a quote.
